Commander Phil Vallejos, Service Officer Larry Hauger, Past Commander Paul Washington and myself attended the State DAV convention this past weekend in Green Bay. The chapter was presented with its 75 th anniversary plaque. This was my first convention. All went pretty well, 26 resolutions were submitted to the convention this year. I believe about 22 were passed. New State officers were elected. Click here to see our state officers. It was interesting to see how the organization works at the state level. Met many people and learned some new ideas to bring back to help make the chapter more active and fun. I hope everyone will consider coming to the next chapter meeting in July.
